Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a year 13 student currently attending Walton High School, Stafford. I am writing to request permission to use the Snow Patrol song - 'You could be happy' for our A2 media studies coursework which would consist of creating a music video for the song. This would be strictly for educational purposes and completely non profit making. Your co-operation would be much appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
